Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RTLM platform ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an employer or other entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Authorized Use Only

RTLM is a platform for offensive security professionals. By using this Service, you warrant and represent that you will use it solely for:

  • Authorized penetration testing with written permission from the system owner
  • Red team engagements conducted under a signed rules of engagement or statement of work
  • Educational and research purposes in controlled lab environments
  • Defensive security research aimed at improving security posture

You affirm that you have or will obtain proper written authorization before discussing, planning, or executing any security testing activities using information obtained from this platform. Unauthorized access to computer systems is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA, 18 U.S.C. ยง 1030), the Computer Misuse Act (UK), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Service to:

  • Access, attack, or disrupt systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test
  • Develop, distribute, or deploy malware for criminal purposes
  • Violate the CFAA, Computer Misuse Act, or any equivalent law in any jurisdiction
  • Target critical infrastructure without explicit government or organizational authorization
  • Share platform outputs to facilitate criminal activity by third parties
  • Engage in any activity that would violate applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures of the Service

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that the Service provides information about offensive security techniques, tools, and procedures. You assume all risk associated with the use of any information, techniques, code, or outputs obtained from the Service. The operator is not responsible for any consequences -- legal, financial, or otherwise -- arising from your application of this information.

The Service is intended for use by technically skilled security professionals. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of any information obtained through the Service is lawful, ethical, and authorized.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of RTLM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, judgments, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or (d) any third-party claims arising out of your acts or omissions in connection with the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00 USD).

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the RTLM platform -- including its model weights, software, interface, documentation, and generated outputs -- remain the exclusive property of the operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes during the term of your account.

By submitting prompts and interactions through the Service, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such inputs for the purpose of operating, improving, and training the RTLM model. This is a core part of how the platform works.

8. Third-Party Services

RTLM integrates with third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI). When you send prompts to these providers through our platform, your data is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We do not control how third-party providers store or process data sent on your behalf.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes accounts suspected of engaging in unauthorized, illegal, or harmful activity. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting the platform administrator.

11. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, a national of, or a resident of any country subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). You will not use the Service in violation of any export control laws or regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, and representative actions are expressly waived.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable U.S. state where the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Early Access and Modifications

RTLM is currently in early access. Features, capabilities, service availability, access tiers, and pricing structures may change at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes, but your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings.
